CORONAVIRUS – COVID 19

Due to current social distancing measures, I am not offering face to face classes at this time but due to the joys of modern technology I am still running classes remotely through Zoom. If you would like to join in, drop me an email. After filling out some forms we will have a brief chat to understand your needs and then you can join in. Looking forward to seeing you online soon

From complete beginner to the more advanced, these classes would suit all levels of ability. Yoga helps improve flexibility, build strength, improve posture and increase general well-being. These classes will help change the way you think and feel about yourself.

All classes last 1hr 15mins, include forward bends, back bends, side stretches, twists, inversions, balances & relaxation. 

Classes cost £10 per class payable in 6-8week term blocks
