Cancellation Policy

Here at Balance 360, we appreciate that occasionally missing appointments is completely unavoidable, and it can happen to anyone. However, we try very hard to provide you with an appointment that suits your busy lives and schedules, and consequently, that usually leaves us with patients on waiting lists. As a result, failure to notify us in good time means our other patients will ultimately miss out on these appointment opportunities.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If not, or if you are late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.

In line with our cancellation policy, a charge will apply if you fail to give adequate notice of your cancellation. This also applies if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice:

  • Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of full fee charged

  • Less than 4 hours notice - Full fee charged

  • Failure to attend - Full fee charged

Please note that in the instance of recurrent short notice cancellations, or failure to attend:

  • We will ask for pre-payment at the time of booking

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Here at Balance 360, we aim to make our appointments as accessible for our patients as possible, and this policy is how we can continue to do so.
