Parking & Accessibility
We have shared free parking at the facility with 15 spaces for our patients and gym members. The entrance is step free and accessible, and we have downstairs rooms available for patients unable to manage stairs.
Your First Appointment
Upon arrival, please look for the Balance 360 logo on our entrance door. As you enter the building, head up the stairs on your left, where you’ll find our reception on the right-hand side at the top of the stairs. Please take a seat in the reception area, and your practitioner will come and collect you when it’s time for your appointment.
Opening Hours & Appointments
We have services available from 8am Monday to Friday, and from 8:30AM to 6pm on Saturday. Patients can book online, over the phone or in person.

Parents & Children
Children are welcome to accompany parents at their appointments, but they will need to stay with the parents in the treatment rooms.
