Here at Balance 360, we are committed to providing you a quality service and appreciate your business and continued support. We use proven treatments to help our patients understand, treat, and improve their condition, guiding them towards recovery. To be able to continue to provide these services at such a high standard, in January, we will be extending our appointments with a moderate increase in cost to cover this additional time.
Please be advised that effective from January 2024, Balance 360 will be increasing both appointment duration and prices across all services. This works out to 10 minutes extra appointment time for £5 extra cost.
Following on from a review of our current service offering in 2023, and taking into account your customer feedback, as a team we have decided that most appointments and patients would benefit from an additional 10 minutes of treatment time.
For patients that feel that they need more consultation time with us, we will also be offering new PLUS appointments with additional extended time.
This is not a decision we have made lightly. In the last 2 years we have avoided increasing our prices, but with the increasing costs of consumables, we have had to make the necessary changes. We have made every effort to keep this increase to a minimum, and have honoured this by the increase in appointment time as well.
