In a private yoga lesson you will have the opportunity to truly focus on your own practice and tune in to what your body needs. You'll work closely with your teacher to create a bespoke tailor-made session with poses to stretch and strengthen specific areas of your body that need it, including breathing and relaxation techniques that will help tackle your lifestyle off the mat too. 

Yoga was traditionally taught one-on-one and whether a weekly necessity or an adhoc indulgence, it’s the perfect way to address your personal needs and intentions and really make your yoga practice work for you.
