Now that we’re well into the festive season, it’s the perfect opportunity to look back on the success of 2024, and towards the future in 2025!
We’ve got an exciting, jam-packed blog post to share with you today! We’re going to start off by reflecting on 2024, and all the exciting things that took place throughout the year. We think it’s been one of the best to date, and can’t wait to share more with you.

Finally, as we move into the New Year, we’ve got some important updates to share from the clinic. We’re building upon a strong 2024, and can’t wait to see what 2025 is going to bring for all of us at Balance 360 - that includes you, our wonderful customers!

Reflecting on 2024
Many noteworthy things took place this year, from new arrivals, to exciting events, and updates to our services.
Our Andover clinic has expanded, with 4 new expert practitioners now a part of the Balance 360 team. You may have already had appointments with them, or seen their friendly faces all over our social media. But if you haven’t, here’s a reminder of who joined our team this year:
Jordan Haig: Joining us in June, Jordan is a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist offering a new and improved Sports, Remedial & Soft Tissue Massage.
Charlie Parris: Soon after in July, Charlie joined the team adding Manual Therapy to our overall Osteopathy service.
Claire Taylor: Our Reflexologist, Claire, joined us in August, to provide her deeply relaxing service.
Claire Foss: Lastly, Claire joined our team in September, offering a brand new Nutritional Therapy to our customers.
As such, alongside new practitioners, we’ve been able to expand our service offering. Our two new services include Nutritional Therapy with Claire, and Phlebotomy with Jolene, giving you a 360 approach to your health and wellbeing through nutrition and blood testing. We’ve additionally expanded our Shockwave Therapy service to offer Shockwave Max, working alongside the personal trainers at Velocity Strength & Conditioning to give a tailored fitness package and Shockwave Therapy in one.
A special congratulations to Rhys, on the completion of his Osteopathy degree this year, and subsequent registration with the General Osteopathic Council. All his continuous hard work has paid off, and we’re excited to see how he is going to continue to develop and progress here at the clinic!
Our last worthy mention is our Wellness Event, that took place in the middle of November. Collaborating with Velocity and Kelly’s Aerial Academy, we offered free taster sessions and industry talks from our knowledgeable practitioners, to the Andover community. It was amazing to see so many new and returning customers show up to share their support, and learn more about Balance 360, Velocity, and Kelly’s Aerial Academy! We hope to be able to do more amazing events like this in the future.

As an additional note over Christmas, please be aware our clinic will be closed December 24th-26th, and January 1st. Please check your practitioner's individual calendars if looking to book around these dates.
2025 Updates
Lastly, we want to take some time to look towards 2025, including some important updates for the New Year.

To continue to provide these services at our highest standard, please be advised that from January 1st 2025, Balance 360 will be increasing our prices across some of our services.
