Introducing New Practitioners to Balance 360

We’re very excited to share some new changes and updates taking place at the Balance 360 clinic in Andover, Hampshire!

Specialising in identifying and resolving a wide range of problems, we’re always looking to improve our service offering - so whether you need to restore or relax, we’re here to help! Investing in our clinic and our offering allows us to continue to provide a high level quality of service, which we’re always looking for ways to improve.

We’ve recently taken on a few new members of staff, and as the latest practitioners to join the team, we wanted to take some time today to share all about them and how they are going to be adding to our existing services.

Elena - Reflexologist

Whilst we’ve already done an introductory post dedicated to our Reflexologist, Elena, we also wanted to take the time to share a bit more about some of the new services she’s bringing to the clinic, and her deep understanding of the holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Did you know that Reflexology is the number one treatment to combat stress? Adding to this popular service, Elena is now offering a Top to Toe service, consisting of combined Reflexology and a face/scalp massage. Lastly, she is introducing a new Facial Reflexology service - Facial and Neuro-foot Reflex Emotional Release!

This method is designed specifically to help release both deep and more superficial trauma. It consists of stimulating different areas and points on the face, scalp and feet in order to release emotions stored in the body’s cell memory, limbic system and amygdala.

Jordan - Sports, Remedial & Soft Tissue Massage Therapist

Another new member of our team is Jordan - who is excited about working with our team and providing his expertise in Sports, Remedial and Soft Tissue Massage

Jordan is in his final months of training as a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist, from the Oxford School of Massage. Having previously trained as a designer, he was looking for a new career path - as an avid gym goer who personally recognised the benefits of a Sports Massage, he was inspired to give this new career path a go.

Most recently, Jordan helped at the 2024 London Marathon as a volunteer Sports Massage Therapist with NSPCC, and is looking to further his education with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification on the horizon.

Charlie - Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist

Our latest member to join the Balance 360 team is Charlie - who is going to be offering an additional Sports & Remedial Massage service!

Charlie has always been interested in and had a love for the human body, its anatomy, and how the body works and moves. Having personally experienced a back injury at the age of 18, she was inspired through her recovery and started studying Sports Massage Therapy at university - officially qualifying in 2012.

Charlie is passionate and empathetic, and looking forward to getting started at the clinic to help get our customers Back in Balance!
