Balance 360 Ltd is a team of practitioners dedicated to the treatment and relief of muscle and joint pain and stiffness. This could be caused by injury, bad posture or arthritis, repetitive strain and over-use issues. We treat more than just back pain and neck pain.
Most patients attend the practice because something ‘hurts’. Usually the issue is easily identified and the treatment can start straight away.
We will diagnose, explain, treat (using a range of evidence based treatments) and advise patients all on the first visit to help them get better quicker.

In a private yoga lesson you will have the opportunity to truly focus on your own practice and tune in to what your body needs. Indian Head Massage is an upright seated treatment of the upper body, neck, scalp and face. It can be done through clothes and oils are optional. It helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation, lymphatic flow and free's knots of muscular tension. Clients say the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling revitalised and better able to concentrate
Sports Therapy is a science-based profession concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability. Sports therapy aims to restore a patient’s homeostatic balance through soft tissue manipulation and corrective methods of treatment and can be used to treat any acute or chronic condition affecting muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves anywhere in the body. It doesn't matter what the cause, trauma, age related degenerative changes, arthritis, bad posture, sport etc - all ages can benefit from treatment and advice.
Our remedial massage supports our other services by removing tension from muscles that arise from day to day life, it improves healing after injury, improves lymphatic flow, and works alongside your treatment to correct postural problems. This is done by applying direct pressure in differing directions influencing blood flow, nerves and the muscle fibres. Remedial massage is a positive way to improve your wellbeing creating a better state of relaxation and recovery within the body. With the modern stresses of daily life and the tension which develops because of them, massage is beneficial for everyone to have on a regular basis. GROUP YOGA CLASS
Small friendly yoga class designed specifically for those wanting to start or progress on their yoga journey. Lots of our members were complete beginners to yoga before they joined us. Yoga helps improve flexibility, build strength, improve posture and increase general well-being. These classes will help change the way you think and feel about yourself helping you to take better care of your body.
From 14 weeks pregnant yoga can play a very important role in pregnancy. “Generally, pregnant mums who do yoga exercises appear healthier, both in mind and body. Their bodies are more flexible, which enables them to adapt to various positions when in labour and the ligaments are more elastic, which in turn can help to reduce labour pain.” Independent midwife Manijeh Nedas
